Ingredients (Serves 10-12)


Optional Twists


Easter spice version:

Add:

1 tsp Cinnamon

1/4 tsp clove powder

1/4 tsp nutmeg


Choc Version:

Replace:

Vanilla life shake with Choc life shake


Add:

2 Tbs organic Cacao powder. (You might have to increase the water slightly with the addition of Cacao powder.


 

Method


  1. Put all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend till well combined. The Mixture should hold together when balled.


  1. Roll the balls into even sizes and then roll around on a plate of desiccated coconut for a delicious subtly sweet finish.


  1. Pop in the fridge in an air tight container ready for when you need a delicious protein hit.


  2. Enjoy!
